This year, the crowd’s favourite Salt Encrusted Turkey makes a return with a new twist. Staying true to their hotel’s ‘Farm to Table’ philosophy, the Salt Encrusted Turkey is marinated with Thyme and Oregano freshly harvested from our on-site urban farm. Impress your guests with Sous Vide Barbequed Pork Ribs, Slow-Baked Angus Beef Prime Rib and Madeira Glazed.

Boneless Ham; where all meats are marinated with herbs and spices freshly grown at the Farm at One Farrer.  

Complementing the homemade savoury treats are Jivara Chocolate Hazelnut Buche, Mango Bavarois Buche, Whisky Pear Almond Tarte, Coffee Stollen with Cranberries and Citrus and Festive English Fruit Cake with Nuts and Brandy Infused Fruits. The Buche(s) are a contemporary take on the traditional style log cakes that will leave you and your guests feeling joyfully satisfied. Indulge in a comforting array of delectable delights such as One Farrer Signature Yu Sheng, Wealth Poon Choi, Traditional Walnut & Gula Melaka Nian Gao, Truffle Salty Macadamia Nuts, Homemade Golden Pineapple Tarts, Bak Kwa Madaleines and Golden Salted Egg Fish Skin that have been specially created by our culinary team for the Lunar New Year.   

Many of these in-house specialties feature ingredients harvested fresh from their on-site Farm and Orchard. Lunar New Year Feasts – Escape Restaurant & Lounge 

With a spirited and auspicious toss of One Farrer Signature Yu Sheng at Escape Restaurant & Lounge, welcome in the Year of the Dog with a Woofy Pow Wow spread of Lunar New Year dishes – Salt Baked Baby Chicken with Chinese Herbs, Roasted Suckling Pig with special sauce, Steamed Tilapia with fermented chilli and garlic, White Pepper Crab, traditional home made Gula Melaka Nian Gao and many more.
