Food Review: Xian De Lai at Bugis

Xian De Lai is a hotpot chain restaurant that serves noodles made of chicken, pork, beef or prawn paste piped into the soup. Soup bases available include the signature Sichuan soup, tom yum and bak kut teh, which are served in special handcrafted Chinese hotpots. It also serves Chong Qing grilled fish.

Tried out this steam boat restaurant at Bugis area after my work with my friends.

It's buffet style, so order as you as can, Kidding! Just order sufficient amount of food that you and your Friends can consume.

Tried out their Mala, and Chicken soup base. The mala wasn't as spicy as I thought, the chicken broth was good.

One of the highly recommend hot dishes was their braised pork belly! It's a must try dishes!
