The hidden gem in Upper Serangoon Road!! I went to try out with one of my friend wee han. The dim sum menu was quite limited but it was good enough to try almost all items on the menu.

Century Egg Pork Porridge -

This century egg pork porridge wasn't the best and it doesn't score well for us!! The porridge was quite watery and plain. We find that this porridge was lacking of some flavors!

Siew Mai -

This siew mai was meaty and juicy. 

Taste: 2/5



Har Gao -

We find that the har gao (Prawn Dumpling) skin was a bit too dry and rough. Also the prawn wasn't that fresh.

Xiao Long Bao (Pork Dumpling) -

It was a pretty average xiao long bao. My favourite still Ding Tai Fung Xiao Long Bao. This xiao long bao got more room to improve!! The skin was a bit too tough and the broth in it was quite plain to us.

Salted Egg Custard Bun -

This salted egg custard bun was rated one of the best in Singapore, and indeed it was really good!! I even takeaway a few more bun back home and let my parent try it!! It's a must try dish whenever you are here!!

Prawn Chee Chong Fun - 

The rice roll skin was smooth, soft and well wrapped with prawn. The sauce added an extra punch to the dish. One mouthful of rice roll with prawn and a dip of the sauce was perfect!!

Char Siew Bao -

The char siew was lacking of char and flavors. We find that it wasn't flavorful, chewy and soft enough.

Steamed Carrot Cake -

The carrot cake was damn good!! We can taste the carrot cake aroma and it was very soft and smooth. The sauce was savory and it goes very well with carrot cake.

Steamed Pork Ribs -

I will not recommend this to anyone!! This pork ribs was tasteless and it wasn't well cooked as it was still quite tough.

My Verdict:
We enjoyed our dim sum experienced over here although they is some disappointing dish but overall it was good. Try not to come during lunch time because it will be be very crowed and hard to get a table.
