Food Review: Butter Coffee @ Heap Seng Leong

00:05:00

Heap Seng Leong located at Block 10 North Bridge Road, is like stepping into a different Singapore, the shop seems to be stuck in a time whorl, remaining authentically as it was in the 1970s. You can feel the atmosphere over there.  (BY: Strait time)

There are famous for their butter coffee!!

Kopi Gu Yew ( Coffee Butter) - $1.10

kopi gu yew ($1.10) or coffee with butter. Full-bodied and a little chocolatey, it is an old-school cuppa. The butter lends richness but is not cloying, and there is just enough condensed milk to sweeten the drink without obscuring the nuances of the coffee. (By: strait time)

Kaya Butter Bread - $1.20

Standard soft bread with kaya and butter.

Food: 2.6/5
Ambiance: 2/5
Service: NA

My Verdict:
If you enjoy old school style coffee shop, you will definitely enjoy the food over there. For my personal view, I don't really enjoy it but I did like the idea of coffee with butter it tasted good and unique.  (BY: Strait Time)

  1. Going to a therapist to help with my social anxiety therapist cincinnati was a lifesaver. Not only is it assisting me in managing my anxiety, but it is also shedding light on long-buried issues from my history that I had no idea were having such a profound impact on me. Feeling lighter is a great byproduct of beginning to heal from inside.
