We was invited by Sapporo Lion Group down for a food tasting at Ginza Lion Beer Hall at Suntec city!! They are specialist on Japanese cuisine and famous for their sapporo beer. Tricia, Vivian and me we all enjoyed our dinner at Ginza Lion.


They served their beer in a cute beer glass.

Yuzu Sake! An refreshing alcoholic drink, one of the ladies favorite drink.

Cesar Salad - It came in a huge serving! Recommend to share it with 2-3pax. A good dish to start off our dinner.


Trio Ham - Most suitable with a pint of beer cause this dish is very salty.


Mentaiko Fries - Mentaiko fans will definitely love this dish! The mentaiko sauce was good, creamy and flavorful.

Roasted Beef - The signature dish at Ginza Lion. The beef was well roasted. It tasted similar to our local delight Roasted Pork Belly (Sio Bak). Dip with their home-made sauce to have a different taste in it.

BBQ Pork Ribs - The ribs was hug, recommend to share it with 2 pax. The bbq ribs meat was soft and tender. It has a melt in your mouth texture but it was slightly lacking of flavors but overall it was good.

Grilled Chicken Chop - One of the popular dish at Ginza Lion Beer Hall. The chicken was well grilled to the meat was tender and juicy while the skin was char and crisp.


Wefie time with 2 of my closer friends Vivian and Tricia. Nowadays is quite hard to trust anyone but I know they are trustable and I am lucky to have them as my friends.
