We was invited by Sapporo Lion Group down for a food tasting at Ginza Lion Beer Hall at Suntec city!! They are specialist on Japanese cuisine and famous for their sapporo beer. Tricia, Vivian and me we all enjoyed our dinner at Ginza Lion.


They served their beer in a cute beer glass.

Yuzu Sake! An refreshing alcoholic drink, one of the ladies favorite drink.

Cesar Salad - It came in a huge serving! Recommend to share it with 2-3pax. A good dish to start off our dinner.


Trio Ham - Most suitable with a pint of beer cause this dish is very salty.


Mentaiko Fries - Mentaiko fans will definitely love this dish! The mentaiko sauce was good, creamy and flavorful.

Roasted Beef - The signature dish at Ginza Lion. The beef was well roasted. It tasted similar to our local delight Roasted Pork Belly (Sio Bak). Dip with their home-made sauce to have a different taste in it.

BBQ Pork Ribs - The ribs was hug, recommend to share it with 2 pax. The bbq ribs meat was soft and tender. It has a melt in your mouth texture but it was slightly lacking of flavors but overall it was good.

Grilled Chicken Chop - One of the popular dish at Ginza Lion Beer Hall. The chicken was well grilled to the meat was tender and juicy while the skin was char and crisp.


Wefie time with 2 of my closer friends Vivian and Tricia. Nowadays is quite hard to trust anyone but I know they are trustable and I am lucky to have them as my friends.

Flower can always change a ladies feeling. You can make her days better just by sending her a bouquet. Or even a best present for graduation, friend special occasion, or to your mom.

It always a good catch up with a close friend. Bring my mei for a high tea buffet at Yum Cha.

I was invited to Tonkichi restaurant at Orchard Central outlet to taste their menu.

I brough along my bestfriend J to try it out with me too. She also another picky eater that definitely give me a good feedback.

Some history about Tonkichi!

They serve authentic Tonkatsu – Long-established Tonkatsu restaurant with history of over 20 years in Singapore. Cosy comfort reminiscent of casual eateries in Japan.
Popular menu is big and freshly-fried Tonkatsu. You can enjoy Japanese set meals, such as Sashimi and Sushi as well.
In 2013, they marked the 20th year anniversary since the opening of Tonkichi, and this restaurant has been loved for a long while by not only the Japanese but also the national people as long-established Japanese food restaurant.






Started off my lunch with a good sapporo beer.

 Chawanmushi (Steamed Egg) -

The egg was very smooth, eggy, and with lots of ingredients in it such as mushroom, fishcake and chicken meat.

 Uni, salmon, salmon belly sashimi -

All is ala-carte. The uni was very fresh and addictive. Seafood and uni lovers will definitely love it. Don't miss it.

 Salmon sushi, salmon maki -

Ala carte order. The salmon sushi was fresh and good. The rice they use was authentic Japan rice. Salmon maki came in rice, cucumber, seaweed, salmon and topped with wasabi on the top.

 Sushi and Tempura Set -

You can choose oyster, pork or chicken tempura. I choose oyster for my set. The fried oyster was huge and fresh. I am oyster lover and this fried oyster was well fried and seasoned. Sqeeze some lemon juice onto it to get different taste.

What is in the sushi plate? Salmon, prawn, swordfish, hamachi, scallop, salmon roe, and tuna. A worthy set if you want try sushi and signature tempura.



 Signature tonkatsu set -

It came with tonkatsu, chawanmushi, miso soup and a bowl of rice. The tonkatsu was well fried and marinated. The pork meat was thick and firm. The veggie beside it can be refill unlimited time.

I guess by now everyone had heard about platform 1094 the magic inspired cafe located at boon keng area. Another name that local call "harry potter cafe". 

I was invited down to try their menu along with other influencers. Now let me slowly review the cafe! 



They provide costume and other props for you to take photo and instagram it. 



Was trying out their signature magic drink with my influencer friend Elaine Heng. 



After photo taking and playing with the drink, time for some good food to feed our hungry tummy.  


 Chili Crab Pasta -

Well cooked pasta. Pasta was well stir-fried with chili crab paste and topped up with salmon and salmon roe. Don't worry, it wasn't spicy at all, it was more on savory side.


 Suhnitzel Sous-vide Duck Breast - $19

The duck was a little pink in the centre, there was virtually no taste of bloodiness, so those who are sensitive towards or squeamish about undercooked meat need not worry. 

The duck dish is complete with bacon cream sauce, mashed potato, pomelo, and assorted vegetables which provided you a twist of taste.

Fresh Generation - The newest stall and re-designed menu. They served fresh seafood soup with white noodle.

Fresh generation located in Bukit Timah Market and Hawker. So you definitely can't miss out if you staying in the west. It's just 5 mins walk from Beauty World Mrt Station.





I had tried out their "Signature seafood platter". It's suitable for 2 pax. This huge bowl of goodness just cost $28. It include 2 crayfish, 5 prawns, 3 Lobster Ball, 2 shellfish, Scallops, clams, sliced fish, home-made white noodles, veggie and ended up with signature seafood soup.

The seafood broth was very fresh and can taste the sweetness from the seafood. No msg or others things was added in the process. The owner wanted the customers to taste the authentic of the real seafood soup.







Highly recommend everyone to give it a try. Trust me, you will be back for more once you tried it.
