Hello everyone! Today food review will be on 'Long Qing Steamboat" restaurant! 

Went to Long Qing steamboat restaurant with the team for company CNY lunch! The restaurant interior was designed to more modern china style with lots of antique and painting on the wall. 

They are specialised on Steamboat and they offer lots variety and promotion. 


Sauce Station -


They ave a total go 18 types of sauces for you to choose! 




My own D.I.Y sauce! 



We choose "Mala" and "Signature Pork Ribs" for our soup base! 

Warning! Their "Mala" was really hot and spicy! Spicy and amla lover will definitely love it. Their signature pork ribs broth was on the blend side at the start, but after we added in all sort of ingredients the soup taste changed into very addictive taste.

My verdict:
The food was pretty normal, the atmosphere was quite spooky due to the interior. Will I be back again? definitely NO!
