The Bridge Bistro & Beacon Bar is located at RSYC, Asia's oldest yacht club. the Bridge Bistro & Beacon Bar has been a hidden hotspot among pleasure-seekers made up of mostly young professionals, business persons, families and those who yearn for a long and relaxing drink to watch the sun set.

The seafront Bistro offers a selection of modern European cuisine with an Asian touch designed to please your palate.

 Indoor Dining Area -

Shirley Temple - $10
A non-alcoholic mixed drink traditionally made with ginger ale, a splash of grenadine and garnished with a maraschino cherry based in gelatin.

Cappuccino Mushroom Soup - $7
Fresh mushroom puree served with cream, lightly drizzled with truffle oil. The truffle oil added an extra punch to this bowl of goodness mushroom soup. The best mushroom soup that I ever tasted so far.

Japanese Scallop - $28
Fresh Japanese scallop, tuna slices, zucchini, topped up with fish roe. This dish was surprising good! It was so good that we finished it within minutes. The seafood was very fresh, we can even taste the freshness in it and it was well seasoned too.

Wagyu Beef Cube - $18
Grilled Wagyu Beef Cube along with sea salt and mustard dip on the side. The wagyu beef cube was very tender and well grilled to perfection. I would prefer to go with the sea salt as I prefer more salty and won't destroy the beef taste. Mustard sauce will be too strong for the beef cube as it will overpower it.

Angus Steak - $36
Angus steak roasted to your desired doneness, served with roasted root vegetables, baby potatoes, grilled asparagus and red wine shallot glaze. Usually I prefer my steak without any sauce but I am fine with this too. Just that the sauce was a tad too salty for my liking. Every was close to perfect here. Go along with a glass of red wine to taste with your steak.

Baby Lamb Rack - $35

Grilled Baby lamb rack, baby potatoes, mushroom, grilled asparagus topped up with their special sauce. Well combination dish. Don't worry about the lamb gamey aroma cause it doesn't have it. The baby lamb rack was tender and chewy, with the added sauce on it, it will give you a memorable taste.
