Chicken Rice Set ($10.90++), Everything was very disappointing over this dish. One word to describe "Awful".

Otak ($6++), The otak was not so impressive. It was not spicy and the portion of the otak was really small.

Iced Milk Tea (Left), and Iced white coffee. ($3,50++), The drink was really good.

The service over here was fast and efficient. The food and drink was good too. It a nice place to have a meal with family or friends. The ambience was cozy and relaxing.

Next, the 3rd stop of the week will be heading down to Madam Kwan Restaurant at Vivo City.

Named after the founder, Madam Kwan's serves up truly Malaysian Cuisine. The popular restaurant chain from Malaysia opened their very first overseas outlet in Singapore. We do not have to travel all the way to Kuala Lumpur to eat their famed nasi lemak anymore, the signature dish has now come to us in Vivocity.

Nasi Lemak ($13.90++), The rice was so good, Infused with a rich coconut fragrance, the steamed rice was intensely aromatic and wonderfully fluffy. It came along with two pieces of chicken which were tender and smothered in a curry gravy, sweet and sour sambal ikan bilis, dried shrimp floss, hard boiled egg, and fresh cucumber.

Ipoh Kway Tiao Soup ($8.90++), The soup was really bland, and the ingredient was quite little too. It was not really fantastic.

Cuury Fish Head ($49++), This was the most expensive single dish in the menu, but it was worth every cents. The red snapper fish head was drowned in a simmering hot, luscious curry gravy chock-full of lady's finger, tomatoes, onions, long beans, brinjals (Egg plant) and dried beancurd. Everything in this pot was really "Thumb Up".

Otak ($15.90++), This was really bad. The otak was overcooked, not spicy, bland and was a bit hard.

Milk Tea ($3++), The milk tea was smooth, and aromatic.

Food: 3.5/5
Ambience: 3/5
Service: 3/5

Everyone should come here at least one in the life time. The curry fish head was really awesome. Best to come in a group as you guys can share a pot of curry fish head. It was a bit overpriced but the food here was really worth the money.

Last Stop of the week, i will be heading to Gurney Drive at Changi Airport T.

Gurney Drive, named after Sir Henry Gurney, is a famous food heaven by a seaside promenade, which was formerly known as North Beach, in George Town, Penang.

Think of “Penang”. Relate this to “Hawker food dining” and memories of “Gurney Drive” will instantly appear in your mind. The very experience to the meaning of “Penang Hawker food” is the heart and soul of every Penang resident and the true essence of the Gurney Drive concept.

Penang Fried Kway Teow ($8.65++), The noodles were chewy and nicely seasoned, and there were loads of prawns, pork lard, Chinese sausage and eggs. Well cooked.

Penang Prawn Noodles ($8.65++), The soup was rich, smooth, and spicy. The prawn was big, fresh and juicy. Generous portion of the ingredient.

Penang Malay Mee Goreng ($7.95++), The mee goreng was not really impressive. It was sweet, and not spicy. But the seafood was fresh and the prawns was big, fresh and juicy.

Grilled stingray ($10.95++), The stingray was fresh but the meat was a bit hard and the sambal chilli was not spicy.

The food over here was just average. But is a good place to have a simple meal over at airport before flight off or enjoy the meal with quiet ambience.
