The only complaint that I have is that it melts way too quickly. Among all the flavors, my favorite has got to be the Earl Grey Lavender which has a great combination of sweet and aromatic. I like anything that is earl grey i guess. They also offer up some selection of cakes that changes daily which are displayed at the counter, basically replacing what would have been their ice-cream counter.

Price-wise, it’s all quite standard for ice-cream & waffles and there's no GST and Service charge over here. The waiting time is definitely worth it.

There are two ways to place your order. First is the traditional one with a waiter taking down your order manually on an (less-traditional) iPad. The other way is self-service via an iPad as all tables/booths in the café are equipped with iPads on the tabletop.

The ambience at Bricks 'n' Cubes cafe is decked out in lego-inspired furnitures and also incorporates the building-blocks into seating booths. The place is well-lighted without losing the cafe-vibe and seating is more than adequate.

Cold soya milk, soya beancurd, and fried dough fritters,

The beancurd is smooth, not quite silky but not gritty either. It has the right amount of soy bean flavor in it. The dough fritters are super greasy but taste sinfully crispy with a slight chewy interior.
