Paradise Classic

A concept by Singapore-based restaurant chain Paradise Group, Paradise Classic doles out a spellbinding repertoire of classic Nanyang-style cuisines.

Paradise Classic’s dishes are inspired by the cooking styles commonly found in Southeast Asia. Eventually, they evolved into today's Nanyang-style Chinese cuisine that gourmands love.

The must-try item is Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon Seafood Broth Seafood Pot, where the seafood broth is boiled for more than six hours with pork bone, Hua Diao wine, sesame sauce and bean paste. The pot brims with treasures of the sea, including crabs, prawns, garoupa fish and squid. Each mouthful of the soup envelopes the palate and invigorates the senses. Other popular dishes include Stewed Silver Needle Noodle with Salted Fish in Claypot, Espresso Pork Ribs and Stewed Pork Belly served with Lotus Bun.
