Food:
Latte - $4.50

Coffee aroma was strong, light acidity, and light milk flavor. Coffee was really good.

Fresh Crushed Mint & Honey Tea - $5

Sweet and refreshing drink.

Truffle Fries with Kelp and Parmesan - $12

Who don't love truffle fries. Truffle fries was the best thing that ever created!! Sprmrkt cafe truffle fries was rated one of the best in Singapore.
The truffle fries was finger licking good, the truffle taste could be stronger and it will be good.

Eggs Benedict - $14

Two soft poached eggs, honey baked ham, hollandaise sauce, toasted English muffin lightly buttered crumpets.
It was pretty good, The poached eggs hold their shape well and it was not overdone. The toasted English muffin was soft and well toasted. Homemade hollandaise sauce was the bomb. Another must-try-dish whenever you came to Sprmrkt cafe.

Grilled Corn and Mushroom Pasta (v) - $18

Linguine tossed with cream sauce and white truffle oil. Topped up with mushroom and grilled corn.

I find it was a little bit disappointing. The pasta was a little bit too dry, the sauce wasn't creamy enough and it was lacking of some flavor in it.

Food: 3.75/5
Ambiance: 3/5
Service: 3/5

Overall Experience:

The food was great especially the truffle fries. I will be back again for more truffle fries and come on other days as well for other main. The ambiance was peaceful during late noon, and it was a good time to catch up with friends over coffee and good side. The cafe is located in the CBD area, so you might have to expect a lunch crowd during the weekdays.

Ending the post with a photo with the Fashionista Zoe.
