Fresh Generation - The newest stall and re-designed menu. They served fresh seafood soup with white noodle.
Fresh generation located in Bukit Timah Market and Hawker. So you definitely can't miss out if you staying in the west. It's just 5 mins walk from Beauty World Mrt Station.
I had tried out their "Signature seafood platter". It's suitable for 2 pax. This huge bowl of goodness just cost $28. It include 2 crayfish, 5 prawns, 3 Lobster Ball, 2 shellfish, Scallops, clams, sliced fish, home-made white noodles, veggie and ended up with signature seafood soup.
The seafood broth was very fresh and can taste the sweetness from the seafood. No msg or others things was added in the process. The owner wanted the customers to taste the authentic of the real seafood soup.
Highly recommend everyone to give it a try. Trust me, you will be back for more once you tried it.
