Hi everyone, back to weekly blog post!
Will be doing a cafe review this week!
Congrats to two of my best friends Liting and Christopher for the end of their uni exams. Finally caught up with them, it's been a while we had a heart to heart talk. It's a great catching up with them. We went for our lunch at backstage cafe.

The cafe culture in Singapore is booming omg! Never ending cafe hoppings. Backstage cafe is located in the industrial estate on Kallang Way. The cafe is very spacious with a tall ceiling and wide walking space. Most cafes in Singapore are crammed, crowded and have little walking spaces.
The 3 course lunch special menu came with a soup of the day, a main, and an ice cream.
Cream of Asparagus // The soup was good, it was rich and smooth.
Spring Chicken // The meat was tender and juicy. The sauce was great.
Breaded Chicken // It was just a normal dish. Not really impressive. The meat was hard and the side was just too plain.
Duck Aglio Olio // It was a unique dish. I never had a duck aglio olio before. It turned out good, a dish that's worth trying. The linguine was springy and smooth, but the portion was quite little and it would be great if they can make the duck meat slightly bigger.
Iced Latte // This photo was taken by samsung s3 as my DSLR battery went flat. The latte was good.
Here some photos with two of my best friends <3
The friends that i can trust and will always be there for me!!
