Finally caught up with my best friend oogii and tammy at hard rock cafe for dinner. It's been so long since we last met, it was our first time meeting up since graduated.

I'm sure most of us are familiar with Hard Rock Cafe! The cafe can be found in different locations all over the world. 

Hard Rock Cafe Singapore is located at Cuscaden Road, the latest outlet is located at Resorts World Sentosa.

Hard Rock Cafe Signature Wings // Order their signature wings in buffalo style, it comes with other options too, dry seasoned / Heavy Metal / Tangy sauces. The signature wings were disappointing, the vinegar in the wings was too strong and not spicy at all. 

New York Strip Steak //  A (USDA) choice 21 days, 12 oz. New York strip steak grilled and topped with maitre de butter. Served with fresh vegetables and garlic smashed potatoes with gravy. The steak was tender and juicy. 

Cowboy Ribeye // Australian 16oz bone-in ribeye steak, seasoned and fire grilled to perfection, topped with maitre de butter. Served with garlic smashed potatoes with gravy and fresh vegetables. The steak was tender and juicy, the garlic smashed potatoes was smooth and the sauce was great. 

Hickory Smoked Ribs // Ribbed with signature seasonings, basted with hickory BBQ sauce and cooked to fall off the bone tender. Served with seasoned fries, cowboy beans and crisp citrus coleslaw. The meat was tender, juicy and well seasoned. The sauce was perfect.

Overall, it was a splendid experience and a joyful catch-up with my best friend. 

Sad that we couldn't get to take a group photo before we left as the lighting was bad too in the restaurant. Can't wait to see them in a month's time.
