It was a much needed deep cleanse scalp therapy treatment as my scalp was getting more damaged due to constant colouring.
Cove *HairLab* by Cove Aesthetic has doctor-designed hair and scalp treatments to combat hair loss, regain hair strength and defy grey hair.
The Ambience
Situated at Wheelock Place, the location is so convenient for me and you to drop by during lunchtime or after work.
The staffs was very courteous. I really love the medispa's minimalistic interior design that was accompanied with calming music. Additionally, Cove HairLab was nestled in a cozy designated area within Cove Aesthectic.

My Experience
Let’s start of with the very first step.
First, I had to fill up a registration form. Once filled up, I was escorted to the hair treatment room where Amber scanned my scalp. The scan showed me an analysis on 4 different areas: scalp condition, scalp sensitivity, the hair thickness and the volume of the hair.
After the scan, I received an Oxyjet Spray on my scalp to remove all the dead skin cells that are clogging my pores.
Next, they applied a cooling menthol mask on my scalp which felt SHIOK.
After the mask, my hair was thoroughly washed with Cove HairLab's very own shampoo. The best part of it all was the neck and head massage that made me very relaxed.
Next, they applied tonic directly to the roots of my hair. The tonic is an important step to help promote healthy hair growth.
Lastly, my hair was blown dry with a Dyson Hair Dryer (which is better for the hair and scalp compared to regular hair dryers). Amber did a final scan for the "Before" and "After" comparison. The results are clearly different! I'm so amazed that this can be achieved even after just one session with Cove HairLab.

How I felt about the results? Amazing! My hair was definitely smoother and softer! My scalp felt much cleaner and Rejuvenated *.*
Even if you don't feel like you need to see a scalp therapist, checking on your scalp occasionally can benefit you and your hair as well. This treatment is suitable for anyone that would like to maintain a healthy scalp and prevent scalp deterioration, which will in turn, help with hair growth and healthy hair!
Amber advised me to visit Cove Hairlab weekly/monthly to achieve better results.
She also taught me how to take care of my scalp at home by introducing their 4 steps hair care products: Detox, Wash, Repair, Nutrition.
