Café by day, restaurant bar by night, Symmetry is nestled in a serene spot within Jalan Kubor. Taking inspiration from both the Australian casual dining culture and French cuisine, Symmetry presents a unique dining experience with an emphasis on sharing.
Interior:
I really like the interior design, hardly can find a vintage style cafe in Singapore, The cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with the brick walls and artsy pictures it make me feel very comfortable and chill.
Food:
Complementary Starter
Potato Fries - $15
The highly raved Truffle Fries and it was PERFECT. The fragrance of truffle oil is so strong that it doesn't prick your nose and make you feel nauseous when you smell it. The portion was huge, recommend to share with 2-3 pax. Highly Recommended Truffle Fries.
Crispy Baby Squid - $17
The crispy baby squid was good. It was crispy, fragrant, and savory. The sauce was a "Bomb" too, it tasted unique but good. It was a perfect dip for the crispy baby squid.
Roasted Lamb Rack - $36
The lamb lovers might want give it a try. It was really really good. The Roasted Lamb Rack was well roasted, the meat was tender, fresh, and was well cooked. The skin of the lamb was savory and flavorful. It wasn't that oily too.
