The popular Stranger’s Reunion have opened another cafe – Curious Palette! Taking over the old Play Nation along Prinsep Street. Standing at the corner beside the array of bars, Curious Palette has no signboard so here is the photo of the main entrance with the cafe’s name written on the chalkboard.
It was a blend with full body, medium acidity and aromatic.

The cup of Hot chocolaate was prepared with lovely complex Latte Art which I like. The hot chocolate was chocolaty enough!

The truffle fries was pretty decent. It came with a generous amount of parmesan cheese, and truffle flakes over it but somehow the truffle taste wasn't that strong. Truffle mayo was served alongside it but i'm not a fan of having my truffle fix from my Mayonnaise.

Berry Ricotta Hotcake - $14.90
The most instagram worthy item at Curious Palette is the Berry Ricotta Hotcake with vanilla bean ice cream, fresh seasonal berries, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. It also comes with golden maple syrup at the side. The hotcake was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Good for sharing as the portion can be pretty huge with all the carbs.

Curious Palette serves some interesting improvised fare. Take note that it charges both GST and service charge, the bill could be pretty steep.
